Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscription Overview and Customization
By signing up for our coffee subscription, you are agreeing to recurring shipments of coffee at the frequency and quantity selected during checkout.
- Frequency: Options include weekly, bi-weekly or monthly deliveries.
- Product Selection: You may select specific roasts, grinds, or opt for special editions.
Billing & Recurring Payments
- Automatic Charges: Your payment method on file will be automatically charged prior to each scheduled payment. The charge amount is determined by your selected subscription plan plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 day’s notice via email. Any changes will apply to your next scheduling billing cycle following the notice.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Cut-off Days: Changes to your upcoming shipment (e.g. address updates, product changes) must be made at least 5 days before before your scheduled billing date.
- Delivery: we ship via standard carriers. While we strive to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time, shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.
Pausing, Modifying, or Canceling
You have full control over your subscription through your customer portal.
- Skip or pause: you can skip a delivery or pause your subscription at any time without penalty before your next billing cycle.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on coffee beans or grounds.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are completely unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team at sales@drillpresscoffee.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right via re placement or store credit.
Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, suspected fraudulent activity, or supply chain disruptions.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a product you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that gets roasted right after your order gets placed. We will collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full payment.
You can cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
