Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on coffee beans or grounds.

  - If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are completely unsatisfied   with the quality, please contact our support team at sales@drillpresscoffee.com   within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right via re placement or store credit.

To start a return, you need to contact us at sales@drillpresscoffee.com Please note that returns will need to be sent along with proof of damage (e.g. pictures, videos, etc.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
