Order Processing and Shipping

  - Cut-off Days: Changes to your upcoming shipment (e.g. address updates,   product changes) must be made at least 5 days before before your scheduled   billing date.

  - Delivery: we ship via standard carriers.  While we strive to ensure your coffee   arrives fresh and on time, shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our   control.

  • Orders are processed as received.  Expect a 5-7 day processing and handling time before receiving your order. We thrive to deliver your product as fresh as possible.  For large orders (50Kg or more), expect 2 weeks for delivery.
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes, therefore, please provide an actual address for product delivery.
